Does anyone know what's up with gdlive.com? I have not been able to access the site and didn't know if it was temporary thing or if they have gone away. I certainly hope they come back

They might be gone for good. Bob Weir is bitching about people downloading his music again. He doesn't mention those thieves who sell their Grateful Dead bootlegs on craigslist or EBAY for some dirty money. We are the only assholes in his book.

Read all about it on the GD Hour Log Blog homepage...

from what i've read gd.live is run at a univ.campus somewhere and is usually down when school is out.don't know if that's true but in the past i've notice they where always down during turkey day week,x-mas break etc..this prior to the change of policy by the members of the grateful dead.so check back when the campus start rolling again.like i said i have no idea if it's true.check the schools around berkley which if remember correctly it's where the site server is.

Rest assured that they will be back. This happens from time to time with gdlive (more so for them than others, it seems).

Thanks, I sure hope so. I was afraid that they had been asked to remove their SBD shows and decided to call it quits.
